xShipping Policy
The shipping policy below is for reference only. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping Fees & Time We offer free shipping for the majority of the world for orders over $99, and will charge $35 if the over value is below $99. Shipments to certain areas are temporarily unavailable. Please note that we do not cover remote area surcharges.
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the payment is successfully processed if we keep stocks. We will update the tracking number and the shipping information via email after the package is dispatched. Customers can also check the shipping information in the Order Status section of their Go-Des accounts.
※ Please Note:
1) Go-Des creates the shipping label at the beginning of the process in order to start processing your order through customs. We do this to save time in customs, and that's why you will see the shipping status sometimes appear to be stuck in "Shipping label has been created" or "Shipment information received" status for a short time.
Shipping status will update once the package has been processed through customs (about 4-6 business days on average). You will receive your parcel within 2–3 weeks after it has cleared customs (please allow an extra week for shipping during holiday seasons).
Tariff Insurance
If customers are concerned about customs duties, please purchase tariff insurance. We will cover customs duties if your package needs customs clearance.
How it works:
1) Please purchase tariff insurance at checkout.
2) The package is shipped, and customers receive notification of customs duties from customs.
3) Please pay customs duties and keep the payment certificate.
4) Please send the payment certificate to us via email. We will verify it and refund the full amount of customs duties via the original payment method in 1 to 2 business days.
Order Cancellation
※ Please contact us first before canceling the order.
1) Customers can cancel the order and require a refund before the product is shipped or produced.
2) Order cancellation is not available after the product is shipped. If customers insist on canceling the order, they are responsible for all the fees generated from sending the package back to our warehouse.
Delivery Address
A correct and complete address is necessary for delivery. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, the delivery address can NOT be changed.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you immediately to change the address. In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the re-shipped package.
※ A valid telephone number is necessary for the delivery address.
Shipping Notification Order(s) will be shipped by Go-Des. Customers will receive an auto-send shipping information email from Go-Des after the order is placed. If customers cannot find the email, please check the spam folder, and add Go-Des to the contact list.
